Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 888cx platform. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be aged 18 or over and not accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction to use 888cx. By registering, you confirm eligibility.
Each person may hold only one 888cx account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888cx login credentials. Report any unauthorised access to support immediately.
Deposits and withdrawals at 888cx are processed in PKR via approved methods. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC).
All bets placed on 888cx are subject to the applicable sport-specific betting rules. 888cx reserves the right to void bets placed in error or on corrupted events.
888cx provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Misuse of the platform in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming may result in intervention.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the 888cx platform. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 888cx reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
2.2 You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 888cx complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including any local laws in Pakistan governing online gaming activities.
2.3 Each individual may register one account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 888cx reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances without notice.
2.4 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 888cx may suspend or permanently close accounts found to be registered with false or misleading information.
2.5 888cx reserves the right to decline any application for account registration at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 888cx account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any changes to account settings, whether or not such actions were authorised by you.
3.2 You must keep your login credentials — including your email address and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party. 888cx will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.
3.3 If you believe your 888cx account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 888cx will investigate all such reports but cannot guarantee recovery of funds transferred from a compromised account before we receive notice.
3.4 888cx strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This provides an additional layer of protection beyond your password and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
3.5 888cx reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is inactive for a prolonged period, in accordance with applicable dormant account procedures. Users will be notified in advance where possible before any account closure action is taken.
4.1 888cx supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR via a range of approved payment methods, currently including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may change and users should refer to the Cashier section for the current list.
4.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your 888cx account, is strictly prohibited.
4.3 888cx applies a minimum deposit amount, currently Rs 500, subject to change at any time. Deposit processing times vary by method but are generally credited to your 888cx PKR wallet within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 888cx may request identity documents including a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits before releasing a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC to 888cx's satisfaction may result in your withdrawal being withheld pending investigation.
4.5 888cx reserves the right to reverse or claw back bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a withdrawal request relates to funds that were subject to bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or otherwise obtained in breach of these Terms. 888cx is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with transactions.
4.6 888cx does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time unless explicitly stated in the Cashier section.
5.1 All sports bets placed on 888cx — including cricket, PSL fixtures, UFC, and all other markets — are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
5.2 888cx reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed as a result of a manifest error in odds; (b) the market was suspended at the time the bet was accepted; (c) the event to which the bet relates was corrupted, abandoned, or deemed invalid; or (d) fraud or collusion is suspected.
5.3 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by 888cx, it is binding on the user. Bets may not be cancelled or amended at the user's request after acceptance, except where 888cx expressly offers a cash-out feature on a specific market.
5.4 Casino game results at 888cx are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for software-based games, and by physical outcomes under live dealer supervision for live casino games. 888cx does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.5 System malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical fault affects the outcome of a game or bet on the 888cx platform, 888cx reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, void affected bets and issue refunds of stakes.
6.1 888cx may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards to new and existing users from time to time. The specific terms applying to each offer — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods — are published alongside the promotion. These specific terms form part of these overall Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the required wagering will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
6.3 888cx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time without notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to a user's account, 888cx will provide reasonable notice before removing or altering the terms applicable to that specific credit.
6.4 Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim new-user offers, exploiting loopholes in wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus abuse with other users — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds, and may result in the forfeiture of real-money balances where fraud is involved.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888cx platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
7.2 888cx employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity for suspicious patterns. If prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 888cx reserves the right to freeze account withdrawals pending investigation, withhold winnings, and close accounts permanently.
8.1 888cx is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all users, including those accessing the platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and across Pakistan. Gambling is entertainment and must never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

9.1 All content on the 888cx platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of 888cx or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 888cx intellectual property without prior written consent.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 888cx platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, data scraping, or reverse engineering of the platform or its underlying software.
10.1 888cx provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 888cx shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary platform unavailability, maintenance windows, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888cx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.3 888cx's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user to their 888cx account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law.
11.1 888cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 888cx will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
11.2 Your continued use of the 888cx platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
11.3 It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 888cx operates as an international platform. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they access the 888cx platform on this basis.
12.2 In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with the 888cx customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. You can contact support via live chat within your account or by emailing [email protected].
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process, 888cx may refer the matter to an independent third-party dispute resolution process. Details of any available dispute resolution body will be provided to you at the relevant time.
12.4 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
